Hi,
My name is Marcin Zarodkiewicz. I’m a sports photographer based in Belgium. But I also work elsewhere.
My adventure with sports photography began in 2022.
The beginnings weren’t as easy as it might seem. It started with buying tickets to various competitions and trying to get my camera in.
Sometimes I succeeded, sometimes not. Then there were attempts at sending emails to editorial offices and clubs.
The first team that allowed me to participate in competitions as a photographer was a basketball team, so my adventure began with basketball.
Since the basketball season runs from autumn to spring, I managed to combine it with speedway, which runs from spring to autumn.
After basketball experience, which resulted in several successful collaborations, including the Eurocup with Śląsk Wrocław, the Polish Women’s National Basketball Team, and Wilki Szczecin in the Champions League Basketball, it was time to move on to volleyball.
Thanks to this, several collaborations were possible, including: with ZAKSA Kędzierzyn and the Belgian men’s volleyball league, Lotto Volley League.
In 2025, I managed to fulfill two dreams: I was a photographer for one of the editorial offices during WEC and F1 race weekends.
The experience I gained during race weekends in other series, including the 24h Series, GT WORLD CHALLENGE, and GT Open, it gave me a lot of benefits.
Throughout this time, I was supported by my wife, who came up with the idea of ​​creating reels for these same competitions. You can also see her work on this website.
